• Reclassification: The reforms have have re-defined what constitutes a 'vape' and this means our beloved range of premium aromatherapy diffusers are now being defined as a 'therapeutic vape'. 🤯
• Progressive Ban: The government is implementing a phased ban on non-therapeutic vapes, eventually confining sales to pharmacies under strict regulations. 
• Importation Restrictions: From 1 January 2024, the importation of disposable vapes is banned. This ban will extend to all vapes, including cannabis-related and therapeutic devices, from 1 March 2024, unless they comply with therapeutic standards.

What This Means for You:

Simply put, retailers can only sell what they've imported before March 1st. There is limited availability for dry-herb vaporizers and accessories in Australia. However, there's an opportunity to plan ahead.
